A friendly 5-a-side futsal match was held at The Excelsior School premises between The Excelsior School and Brihaspati Vidhyasadan on 23rd June 2025, globally observed as Olympic Day, to commemorate the birth of the modern Olympic Games.
This special event was organized to celebrate the Olympic spirit and promote the values of sportsmanship, teamwork, and healthy competition among youth. The school extends its sincere thanks to NPABSON for organizing this event and for continuously fostering a culture of sports and physical development in schools.
We also acknowledge the valuable contributions of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), Nepal Olympic Committee (NOC), and the Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) for their ongoing efforts to develop and uplift sports in Nepal and across Asia.
Events like these not only promote physical fitness but also inspire young minds to dream big, work hard, and uphold the true Olympic values — Excellence, Friendship, and Respect.
