Temporary Change in School Departure Schedule

Dear Parents, Guardians, and Students, Please be informed that from March 20 to March 27, 2025, school buses will be delayed by 30 minutes in the evening due to logistical management for the Grade 8 BEE Exams. -Buses will depart in a single shift instead of the usual two shifts. -Parent pickup timings will remain the same for all classes, except for Grade 8, which will be at 3:45 PM. -On March 28, 2025, departure will follow the regular schedule. Unit Test Result Published

The unit test result has been published and it has been sent to you through the school diary and the school app. The school has been putting its maximum efforts for the improvement of child’s academic achievement but it is possible only through triangular efforts of the child, parents and the school. Thus, we expect your kind co-operation and continuous observation of your child’s activities at home for directing him or her in study. If you wish to further discuss about your child’s performance and ways to improve you may feel free to visit the school from 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm to meet respective class teachers or subject teachers. HPV Vaccine (Cecolin) for Female Students (Grades 6–10)

Dear Parents/Guardians, We are pleased to inform you that the Government of Nepal has initiated an HPV (Human Papillomavirus) vaccination program to protect young girls from cervical cancer and other HPV-related diseases. As part of this initiative, the Cecolin HPV vaccine will be administered free of cost to all female students from Grades 6 to 10 at our school. Vaccination Details: Vaccine Name: Cecolin (HPV Vaccine) Date: 29 Magh 2081 Time: 12:30 P.M. onwards Venue: The Excelsior School Infirmary Eligibility: Female students of Grades 6 to 10 Documents Required: Student ID card and School Diary Important Instructions: Parental presence is mandatory.
